About him
I have four children (and four grandchildren all under the age of 4), and supporting my family (including their mum) is the most important thing to me.
Earlier this year I bought a grand piano, and I have been enjoying playing again after a break of 20 years while my children were growing up. I am focussing on jazz and blues, which is something I haven't done before, and I am finding it fascinating. I also speak French fairly fluently and read novels in French. I cycle to and from work every day, which is a good form of exercise. Although I have a tennis court, I don't play much tennis these days, which is rather sad, but I am going to start playing at weekends with my son.
I travel with my work several times per year to Europe and the US, and I do some other trips to France.
I did a physics degree at Oxford University, and I have worked in science and law for the last 30 years.
I have a large house in Oxford where I throw several large parties here each year, together with the mother of my children, with whom I get along well these days. We have one of two summer garden parties, a Halloween party and sometimes a party around New Year. Talk to me nicely and I might invite you!
