I’m happiest when I’m getting on with things. Right now that’s the gym three times a week. I’ve lost 20kg in 26 weeks and I’m not stopping until I hit my target. When I set my mind on something, I see it through.
A sharp mind excites me. My day starts with the crossword and a run of puzzles, and my Duolingo streak is nearly four years long. French comes from my years in Brussels and Switzerland, Italian more recently.
I love a great meal out, or cooking one at home. Theatre, gigs, comedy, live sport, and I’d love to get back on a tennis or padel court. My children grandchildren light up my week, and having worked all over the world, I’m ready to travel for fun.
