About him
It says I am 80 but I feel 18. Don't get any perceptions that an 80 year old man is on the Scrapheap of life. There is plenty of life in me yet!
My pictures (worth a thousand words)show a life of adventure.
I am a very independent man, trained by the military and well able to look after himself anywhere in any conditions so I don't need looking after.
Once very fit and I have tried to stay fit. I was once a 'Presenter' on Hospital Radio that has given me the confidence to start a conversation with anyone.
If I see someone carrying a large box or shopping bag I will stop and ask if I can help, or to offer help to a disabled person getting out of a car.
I want to paint a picture of a tall, happy, friendly, chatty, and helpful man who has led an adventurous and hard working life and can see the funny side of life's complexities. "I get knocked down but I get up again" is my mantra.

This is the difficult bit. Do you want someone like the last one. A new and exciting person would be nice. Difficult to judge from a picture even harder to find the right person for you.
A message or two, an exchange of email or phone. A meeting for Coffee or a walk in the park should give you a clue. I guess this is where honesty comes into play not adopting a persona the other person might like. Unfortunately all my ladies live far away so I am hoping to meet someone local to share some time with. I guess that is my only requirement. Good luck.
