I don't think there is a specific reason for why one person gets to know another.It is always a combination of factors at work. I am a great believer in Karma, but in addition there are many physical phenomena in the world that are poorly understood and the reasons for attraction are many and varied.

'Ideals' are often misplaced or misguided quests driven by the abstract notion of perfection. No such thing exists, some women might be hanging out for 'Mr Right', but he never comes. The truth is he never really existed in the first place. Isn't it much better to take a hard look at oneself in the first place and ask oneself, 'What do I bring to the party?' Basically, I don't idealise a partner, we should all live and love in a real world, not create fantasy. At least that's what I think.
Ok, enough of the philosophy. I believe in honest exchanges and wouldn't wish to misrepresent myself here, it is just too easy to splurge out what I think a potential partner might want to read on a dating site.
